About me.

 

Hi, I’m Kelly. I am a wife and mother of two little ones and finding a moment to myself feels pretty impossible these days. The most important lesson I’ve learned as a parent is when you do one thing for yourself each day, it makes you feel much more “whole”. Whether you’re a parent (like me) or living the “I work too much” reality, I promise to make your workout something you can look forward to and that is all YOURS.

Fitness enables you to move well so you can live well. My motivation comes from helping clients grow stronger, gain confidence, and achieve a healthy, active lifestyle. I recognize that life is a journey, and your fitness is only one part of that journey. I will teach you to integrate fitness into your life so you can achieve and sustain success.

As a former CrossFit coach, my training style has molded into a hybrid of correctional exercise and high intensity, functional movements. My philosophy is “form first” – pushing clients to practice safe yet challenging skills. I strive to keep each workout unique, helping you meet your goals while never getting bored.

I bring over 8 years of experience in personal training with specialties across biomechanics, pre- and post-natal, and nutrition. Having recently relocated to Portland, Oregon, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and eating my way through the limitless number of food trucks. I believe the key to happiness is a piece of chocolate every day so grab a piece, cheers with me, and let’s enjoy our balanced lifestyle together!

Location

I train out of a private studio located in the Eastmoreland area in Portland, Oregon. I often program a combination of indoor and outdoor training depending on the weather and your comfort level.
